Chaika Hotel
The Chaika Hotel is a three-storey hotel, located in a park in the oldest bulgarian sea resort of Saints Constantine and Helena, only 50 meters from the beach. It has 99 double rooms and three suites.
Some rooms have a seaviews, and others country views. Each with a balcony and bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms are equipped with telephones, cable Tv and mini-bars. An extra bed in the hotel room.
The Chaika hotel has restaurant and two open-air swimming pools with a pool-bar and beach umbrellas. There is a rich choise of extra service: a safe for your valuables, dry cleaning, massage and medical care.

Villa Kosara
Villa Kosara was built in 2000, is a nice and attractive three-storey building, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lots and lots of flowers, sidewalks shaped by green grass, barbeque, water pool, unspoiled atmosphere. Villa Kosara is 500 m away from the sea and the beach, very near to the Grand Hotel Varna. There are well-run communications and shops with objects of common use in the resort. Comfortable transport to Varna and nearest resorts of Albena, Sunny Day, Golden Sands is available for the tourists. There is a food store near to the villa.
Villa Kosara offers accommodation in double rooms, apartments, bungalow in the villa's yard. Facilities at the disposal of the guests: tables inside a hall, tables outside by the swimming pool, barbeque, swimming pool and chaise-longues and parking.
Services: breakfast, transfer, laundry and ironing, Internet access, telephone and fax.

Kopitito Restaurant (The Hoof)
This is the most popular and visited folk place of amusement in the resort. The regularly consumers aren't only Bulgarian, here come many foreigners and holidaymakers from all over the world. Your sight will be attracted of a garden of beautiful flowers luxuriant vegetation, cataract, a small lake with a bridge.
The style of the restaurant is typical Bulgarian: paneled in oak, antique tabled and chairs, plank-bed, rugs, folk-style tablecloths. In the pleasant atmosphere of old-fashioned bulgarian house you can get warm in front of three fireplaces. Beside you will see the folk-rugs, authentic musical instruments and national costumes witch add the interior. The places are 200, grouped in three halls: main hall, banquet hall and business hall in cozy separates.
During the hot summer days we invite you in the summer garden where in the freshness you may have a lunch or dinner. In the summer garden has 600 places. There is a watch - tower constructed especially for VIP quests.

Welcome to the sea in one of the most - beautiful cities of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast - Balchik. The house is located above the Palace of the Romanian Queen and Botanical Gardens and a fascinating sea view.
We offer three rooms on the second floor and one room on the first floor of any bathroom. The rooms have cable Tv and refrigerator. The house has a spacious garden with parking and barbecue.
Nearby are many shops (One working 24 hours), petrol station, restaurants and other entertainment. The villa is near the main road to Albena, Golden Sands and Varna. On the road there is regular bus transport to all directions.
